We’re opening our space to vendors. Whether you’re looking for a Residency, Hourly Rental, or a booth at our monthly Mercado at Omo, we’ve created options that make it easy to connect with your community.
VENDOR OPTIONS
Hourly
Host Intimate Events at an Hourly Rate
Great for shorter gatherings, with the bar open or closed—perfect for private dinners, supper clubs, brand activations, workshops, wellness events.

$200 per hour/ 50 guests
— This includes 1 Omo team member onsite.$300 per hour/ up to 100 guests
— This includes 2 Omo team members onsite. -
Payment is due at the time of booking via online invoice
Payment is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your payment may be applied toward a future event

Saturday: 7AM–2PM
Sunday: 7AM–8PM
Monday & Tuesday: 5PM-10PM
3-hour minimum rental.
Breakdown must be completed by the end of your rental timeframe.
Based on availability. -
Full use of indoor and outdoor areas, including all seating, restroom facilities, bar, and sound system.
The shop will remain open during your event, with continued access to the bar. -
Staff will unlock at the start and secure the space at the end of the rental period.
A cleaning fee or damage charge may be applied if the space is not returned in its original condition.
An Omo staff member will be present to open, set up, close, and break down the shop.
Please note: Omo staff are not available to assist with or work at renter-hosted events.

All outside vendors (including food, beverage, or DJs) must be approved in advance
Alcohol vendors are not permitted
We can provide a list of trusted food vendors and DJs upon request

You may bring promotional items such as A-frame signs or temporary banners hung from our wood fence
Other marketing or signage attached to or near the building is not permitted
Omo does not design, promote, or collaborate on marketing materials for events hosted outside our hours

You may use our sound system, and we are happy to play any music genre requests or playlists
You will also have access to our DJ booth (DJ and vinyl equipment not provided)
Residency
Omo Residency for Vendors & Creators
Our residency program offers a flexible space for vendors & creators to host pop-ups, workshops, or recurring gatherings during Omo’s closed hours.

Flat Rate: $400 per day

Please note: Our hours of operation begin at 2 PM on Saturdays, and all minors must vacate the premises by that time.

Rental cost includes set-up and breakdown time
Full access to outdoor space, furniture, and amenities
Outdoor restroom is shared by property tenants (not monitored by Omo)
Shop interior remains locked and is not accessible during rentals
Since the shop is closed during your event, all ages and dogs are welcome
Staff will unlock at start and lock up at end of event timeframe

Mercado at Omo Booth
Mercado at Omo: Monthly Vendor Market
Mercado at Omo is a monthly Sunday market from 9AM to 2PM that brings together local makers, food vendors, and brands to showcase their work.

Omo Mercado will design and post promotional materials on our page. Vendors are welcome to accept collaborations or post on their own behalf.

We welcome CBD products, but we do not allow marijuana, THC, or cannabis-related products
No multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses
Vendors can be denied if they don’t align with Omo’s brand ethos
We curate each market to support a diverse mix of brands and makers.
If we notice duplicate or overlapping products, we may decline a registration and issue a refund to ensure variety for our guests and fair opportunities for everyone.
